Is Deltron the same company as Delta Power Systems? What do “Delta UPS” or “Delta regulator” mean?
Yes. Deltron – Delta Power Systems is a single manufacturer based in İstanbul, Turkey. Customers refer to our products as Delta UPS, Deltron UPS, Delta regulator, Delta stabilizer or Deltron stabilizer; in Turkish as voltaj regülatörü and kesintisiz güç kaynağı (KGK); in French as onduleur, régulateur servo, régulateur statique or régulateur dynamique, redresseur chargeur and transformateurs d’isolement. All of these describe the same Deltron ranges: online UPS, servo and static voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers, battery chargers and static transfer switches.
Servo stabilizer or static stabilizer – and which series is the SVR33?
A servo stabilizer (Deltron SVR series; the three-phase SVR 300 models are often written SVR33 or SRV33) corrects the voltage with a motor-driven variac and is the economical choice for heavy and non-linear loads from 3 to 3000 kVA. A static stabilizer (Deltron STR series, 1 to 3000 kVA) switches thyristors with no moving parts, corrects at 500 V/s and needs no maintenance, which makes it ideal for sensitive electronics. Both are designed and built by Deltron in Turkey and are exported worldwide as an alternative to imported stabilizer brands.
